Culinary Apprenticeship

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for aspiring culinary enthusiasts!

Our Culinary Apprenticeship program is currently running through May 16th on Mondays and Thursdays with Chef Zee Vassos from No. 10 in Great Barrington. 

It's not too late to join! This is open to 14-25 year olds, and we have open spots on Mondays. We meet from 3-5 pm at No. 10. Some weeks we will have guest chefs or will take a field trip to another restaurant.

Participants in the Culinary Apprenticeship will have the opportunity to work with our annual Culinary Dinner fundraiser on Saturday, May 18th by planning the menu for the event and cooking on the day of the event!
