Language Exchange:
Bilingual program for students learning English and Spanish. A fun and safe learning environment that focuses on integration and relationship building.

Learn a new fine dining culinary skill each session. At the end of the apprenticeship you will have built a skill set that will impress your family, friends, and any potential employers. Perfect for anyone who loves to cook, is thinking of pursuing a career in the culinary field, or is already there and wants to raise their game.

In collaboration with Berkshire Arts Center
Hosted by Lorimer Burns

Location: Berkshire Arts Center, Stockbridge MA
The time will be split between working with clay and learning studio maintenance like cleaning chores, clay recycling, class preparation, etcetera. Hunter Cady, the Studio Technician, and Lorimer will alternate Mondays so that the participants are exposed to differing styles.

This Apprenticeship will cover many different skill sets such as baking, fresh foods preparation, and even barista skills! You will also discuss what it means to plan a menu, talk about all the aspects involved in running a multi-facetted kitchen, and more.
