Adam Lang

Director of Empowerment and Advocacy

Adam has called the Southern Berkshires home since 2014, after living and working across the U.S. and internationally. He holds master’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Public Policy Analysis, with professional experience spanning program design and operations, team building, teaching, and facilitation. Adam brings a human-centered approach to his work, fostering a greater sense of belonging, purpose, and possibility for the people and programs he supports. Alongside his role at RSYP, Adam leads THRIVE, a local initiative that offers workshops to help community members grow personally and professionally. Adam lives in Salisbury with his two children, Eliana and Max, and their dog, Myron. When he’s not working, Adam enjoys spending time in the woods, swimming in the Berkshires’ lakes and rivers, and gathering with friends.
