Railroad Street

Senior Mentoring Coordinator

Molly grew up in Northwest, CT and is excited to come back to the area and work at RSYP! She spent her first two years at Railroad Street as the Apprenticeship Coordinator and has since moved into the world of Mentoring. She is passionate about environmental and social justice, human rights issues, immigration justice, and gender equality. She graduated in 2016 from Hampshire College in Amherst, MA with a BA in Climate Change. She then went to do a M.Sc. in Climate Change at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark. In Copenhagen she studied the many interdisciplinary aspects of Climate Change and ultimately spent time in Peru where she did research on how community led adaptation projects in rural towns in the Andes may or may not increase gender equality. In her free time, Molly likes to hike, bike, workout, spend time with friends, and create internationally inspired themed dinners.
